ScaleX Pitch Day 2025 - Application Form

  1. Your brand must fall within the FMCG / Consumer Products space (all subcategories welcome).
  2. You must be a registered founder/co-founder of the business.
  3. Your startup should be in the early or growth stage, actively seeking investment.
  4. Only Indian-registered startups or brands operating in India are eligible.
  1. Only the first 20 complete and valid applications will be shortlisted for live pitching.
  2. Applications must include:
    ✅ Founder & company information
     ✅ Brief on product innovation & traction
     ✅ Investment ask
     ✅ Pitch deck (PDF) and 2-minute pitch video
  3. If you choose to send materials later, they must be submitted before April 18, 2025 even if the registration is done.
  1. All applications will be reviewed by the ScaleX team based on:
     ✔️ Product uniqueness
     ✔️ Business potential
     ✔️ Market traction
     ✔️ Investor interest
  2. Shortlisted founders will be notified via email and WhatsApp by April 20, 2025.
  • Each shortlisted founder will receive:
     🎤 A 7-minute live pitch slot
     💬 Followed by Q&A from investors

  • All information submitted will be kept confidential and used only for evaluation purposes.
  • By participating, you consent to media coverage, photography & promotional use by CMPL Expo and ScaleX, unless otherwise stated.
  • The decision of the panel is final and binding.
  • Any misrepresentation of information will lead to immediate disqualification.
  • No application fee is charged at any stage. This initiative is fully supported by CMPL Expo.
