Rules & Regulations for Exhibitors
- Meetings are confirmed once you get the meeting list from the CMPL team. No walk-in or unscheduled meetings are permitted.
- Exhibitors can book packages of 10, 15, or 20 meetings. Additional meetings can be added at an extra cost but are subject to availability.
- In case of advance cancellations by buyers, CMPL will attempt to allocate a replacement buyer.
- Or In case of same-day cancellations, exhibitors may receive a credit towards future editions at CMPL’s discretion.
- The number of exhibitor representatives permitted to attend the meetings will be as per the selected participation package. Additional team members will not be allowed onsite for meetings.
- Meeting room access is granted only for confirmed, pre-scheduled meetings.
- Exhibitors are expected to adhere to CMPL’s code of conduct, maintain meeting timelines, and respect buyer time.
