Visitor Ticket Payment Terms

1. Payment: Full payment must be completed online at the time of ticket purchase. A confirmation email will be issued upon successful payment.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy: All ticket purchases are strictly non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, a substitute attendee may be nominated as per the substitution policy.

3. Substitution Policy: Substitutions are allowed at no additional charge, provided the total fee has been paid and the request is made prior to the event. Substitutions will not be permitted during the event.

4. Pricing & Taxes: All prices published online are inclusive of VAT at 20%.

Entry Policy

Age & Eligibility: Visitors must be 18 years or older. Admission is restricted to trade and business professionals only.

Badge Scans & Exhibitor Data: By allowing an exhibitor to scan their badge, attendees consent to the sharing of their personal data with that exhibitor. Exhibitors process such data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. Any data-related concerns must be addressed directly with the respective exhibitor.

Data Processing & Sharing: The organizer may process personal data for the purpose of delivering event services. Personal data may be shared with contracted service providers, exhibitors, sponsors, and partners strictly for event operations, communications, and information related to their products, services, and future events. Attendees may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

Consent & Rights: By registering, attendees confirm that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Attendees retain the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
