Rules & Regulations for Buyers
- Participation across both full days (20–21 November 2025) is mandatory.
- A minimum of 8–10 pre-scheduled meetings per day must be attended.
- Only one decision-maker per brand per category will be hosted under the program.
- CMPL will provide hotel stay, airport transfers, and economy-class flight reimbursement as per pre-communicated city-wise caps.
- All hosted buyers are required to book their own return flights to attend CMPL Connect Delhi.
- The cost of the flight will be reimbursed at the time of check-out from the event, only upon successful completion of all pre-assigned meetings as per the schedule.
- Reimbursements will be made strictly as per the sector-wise fare cap defined by the organiser. Any amount exceeding this cap will not be reimbursed.
- Flight invoices and boarding passes must be submitted at the time of check-out for processing the reimbursement.
- Once hotel/flight bookings are confirmed, cancellations will require reimbursement of hotel and related costs to CMPL.
- Buyers unable to attend must nominate a replacement delegate of equivalent seniority from their organization, subject to CMPL approval.
- Buyers agree to accept the meetings scheduled for them.
- Buyers are expected to maintain professional decorum and engage in meetings in good faith.
- By submitting this form, I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood the above rules and regulations for the CMPL Buyer-Seller Meet 2025. I agree to abide by these terms and understand that non-compliance may impact my participation in current and future CMPL events.

To be eligible for the Hosted Buyer Programme, applicants must:
Be a key decision-maker or influencer in sourcing, procurement, or private label/product development.
Decision-makers from retail chains, FMCG companies, e-commerce platforms, import/export businesses, and D2C brands.
Commit to attending 15 to 20 pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings with suppliers.
Complete online profiling and meeting selection within defined timelines.
Be available to attend the event on both days, as per the official agenda.
