Booth Design Submission Form

FOR BARE SPACE EXHIBITORS ONLY

Height Restrictions

Maximum permissible stall height: IO Feet (3 metres).
No structure, branding, or display element should exceed this height limit.

Back Wall & Fascia Placement

Back wall height must not exceed 10 feet.
The back Fascia pelmet must be positioned at least 1 metre away from the back wall.
The design must allow clear visibility From the adjoining booth.
Booths blocking neighbouring visibility will not be approved.

Bare space Exhibitors must submit the layout of your booth to the Organisers before 15th April 2026

All design proposals must conform to all statutory requirements and those set out in this Manual and must include the following:

- Plan view, showing clearly all dimensions, walling and major exhibits.
- Elevation views, showing clearly all dimensions, graphics, etc.
- Structural calculations / drawings proving structural stability, weight loadings, etc.
