- Eligible products must have been developed through collaboration between brand owners and third-party manufacturers within the FMCG sector.
- Products entered for consideration must have been launched or produced between January 1st, 2023, and February 29th, 2024.
- The submitted nominations from both parties (Contract Manufacturer and Brand Owner) will be sent to the Jury for further review
- If duplicate entries for the same brand are received from multiple manufacturers, the brand owner can select the preferred entry. Admission fees will not be refunded in such cases. However, manufacturers can submit another entry at no extra cost, ensuring fairness and flexibility in the submission process.
- In order to qualify, the brand owner and the contract manufacturer must be distinct legal entities with no connection or shared business interests whatsoever.
- Entries must demonstrate originality and must not infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights.
- Entries will only be accepted if the nomination fees have been paid in full.
- Disqualified entries include plagiarized content, morally/ethically questionable products, or those that violate any legal standards.
- Collaborative Excellence (30%):
– Evaluates the brand’s collaboration with manufacturers and how it contributes to product excellence.
– Considers the impact of partnerships on innovation, product quality, and market competitiveness. - Product Innovation and Quality (40%):
– Assesses the innovative features of the product that differentiate it from others.
– Considers measures taken to ensure product quality and compliance with standards. - Market Success and Customer Satisfaction (30%):
– Measures the brand’s market success alongside maintaining customer satisfaction.
– Consider indicators such as market share, sales growth, and positive feedback.
- Entries should showcase the collaborative efforts between manufacturers and brand owners, highlighting product development, formulation, packaging, and design aspects.
- Submissions must include detailed information on the product, such as its name, description, ingredients/materials used, packaging details, and the nature of collaboration between the manufacturer and brand owner.
- Each entry requires completion of an entry form providing comprehensive information about the product.
- Entry submissions deadline on 20th April 2024
- Shortlisted entries will be notified by 30th April 2024
- Entrants grant publication rights to www.cmplexpo.com for submitted works.
- Entrants are responsible for any disputes or litigation arising from submitted works.
- CMPL Disruptors Awards is not liable for reproduction or designation issues related to submitted works.
- Award categories may be adjusted based on response levels without prior notice.
- Awards Management reserves the right to request evidence or conduct audits of entry information.
- All information received will be treated as confidential and used solely for determining winners.
- Participants found providing inaccurate information may be disqualified.
- The decision of Awards Management is final and binding.
- The Company reserves the right to amend terms, and all disputes subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
