Who can be nominated:

• Any Leader or Team from the Procurement, R&D, NPD, and Supply Chain functions within an FMCG company or contract manufacturer that has made significant contributions to their brand’s success.

Nominees must demonstrate:

• How their efforts contributed to brand-building, innovation, or operational excellence.
• Their role in driving the brand’s product development, sourcing strategies, supply chain innovations, or process efficiencies.
• Contract manufacturing can be part of their contribution, but the focus is on their overall impact on the brand’s growth and strategy.

Submission Deadline:

• Nominations must be submitted by October 20, 2024.

Judging will be based on the following factors:

1. Impact on Brand & Strategy (35%): How the nominee/team’s actions have contributed to the brand’s overall success, including their alignment with the company’s strategy.
2. Execution & Efficiency (30%): The nominee/team’s excellence in operational execution, overcoming challenges, and delivering results.
3. Innovation & Problem-Solving (25%): Introduction of innovative approaches, methods, or products that improved processes, brand performance, or operational efficiency.

• Judging Panel: The judging panel will consist of industry experts from various prestigious organizations, including:
  
• 1. FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry)
  2. CII (Confederation of Indian Industry)
  3. Assocham (Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India)
  4. Independent auditors
  5. Industry experts
• Judging Rounds: The first round will involve voting by internal teams (October 25 – November 5, 2024). The final selection will be made by the jury based on evaluations of submissions and votes received.

Award recipients will be celebrated at the PROPEL Awards 2024 Ceremony at the CMPL Expo in Delhi. Winners will receive:

1. A personalized trophy and certificate.
2. Extensive media coverage through industry publications and digital platforms.
3. Recognition across CMPL Expo’s promotional materials, providing exposure to industry professionals and peers.
