This refund policy applies uniformly to all CMPL Expo editions, regardless of location.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Rental Duration &amp; Return Requirements<\/strong><br \/>All rented products and supplies are provided exclusively for the duration of the expo and must be returned at the end of the event.<br \/>Exhibitors are required to submit all rented items in their original condition before leaving the venue.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Refund Eligibility<\/strong><br \/>Before the Event: If an exhibitor cancels their rental request at least 5 days before the event start date, a full refund will be issued.<br \/>During the Event: No refunds will be provided for early returns or unused rental items once the expo has commenced.<br \/>Post-Event: Refunds will not be issued for rentals after the event has ended.
