CMPL Expo Exhibitor Refund Policy – Applicable for All Editions

At CMPL Expo, we strive to provide exhibitors with high-quality rental products and supplies to ensure a seamless experience throughout our events. This refund policy applies uniformly to all CMPL Expo editions, regardless of location.

  1. Rental Duration & Return Requirements
    All rented products and supplies are provided exclusively for the duration of the expo and must be returned at the end of the event.
    Exhibitors are required to submit all rented items in their original condition before leaving the venue.
  2. Refund Eligibility
    Before the Event: If an exhibitor cancels their rental request at least 5 days before the event start date, a full refund will be issued.
    During the Event: No refunds will be provided for early returns or unused rental items once the expo has commenced.
    Post-Event: Refunds will not be issued for rentals after the event has ended. Exhibitors failing to return items may be subject to additional fees or penalties.
  3. Damage or Loss Policy
    Any rented product that is damaged, lost, or unreturned will be charged at its full replacement cost.
  4. Refund Processing
    Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.
    CMPL Expo reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of policy violations or late returns.
